Movimiento Poder has been at the forefront of grassroots advocacy in Denver for over two decades—organizing around education justice, immigration rights, voting access, and more. With a deep commitment to healing justice and community wellness, the organization recognized a need to grow its infrastructure to match its vision.

Facilitated group coaching sessions with the staff team to strengthen communication, collective leadership, and accountability practices

Helped clarify program goals, staffing needs, and evaluation practices
