Challenges
Growing Home’s mission is to partner with community to advance access to food, housing, parenting education, and lifelong stability to create lasting change for the future. As their team and impact expanded, leadership recognized the need to cultivate deeper trust, navigate internal power dynamics, and strengthen their shared language around inclusion, communication, and systemic oppression.
They partnered with Radical Impact Consulting to create a foundation for long-term cultural transformation—one that aligned with their values, supported their staff’s growth, and deepened the connection between their internal practices and their external mission.

All-Staff DEI Workshops
Facilitated four interactive workshops for the entire staff on:
Emotional and cultural intelligence
Forms of power and systems of oppression
Stages of group development and team dynamics
Building cultures of accountability and trust
Leadership & Culture Committee Coaching
Supported the formation and development of internal culture committees
Coached the leadership team through practical tools to name and address communication breakdowns, power tensions, and role clarity
Identified next steps for sustaining healthy relationships and embodying values in practice
