About RIC
I started Radical Impact Consulting because I believe real change begins with reflection, connection, and a deep commitment to equity. As a first-generation Latine-American woman, this work is personal. It’s shaped by my years in nonprofit and education spaces, and by a belief that our workplaces and communities can be places of healing, belonging, and growth. I’m excited to share more about my journey and the heart behind RIC.

About the Founder
Nikki Murillo
SHE/HER/ELLA
I’m a proud first-generation Latine-American woman, facilitator, coach, and educator with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and education spaces. I founded Radical Impact Consulting to help individuals and organizations build cultures rooted in equity, healing, and belonging. This work is deeply personal to me—shaped by my own story, the communities I’ve been part of, and a lifelong commitment to creating spaces where people are seen, valued, and supported. My approach is grounded in four core values: Sustainability, Authenticity, Connection, and Curiosity—all of which guide how I hold space, build relationships, and support transformational change.
Over the years, I’ve facilitated countless workshops, coached leaders and teams, and supported nonprofits through meaningful and sometimes messy growth. I’ve learned through experience—whether navigating the instability of funding, learning the art of facilitation from the ground up, or stepping into leadership during a time of transition and uncertainty. From the classroom to the boardroom, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people lead with heart, clarity, and purpose. Today, I’m honored to walk alongside others doing the work of building inclusive, liberatory spaces—and I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and co-creating with those who are ready to make a radical impact.
This work isn’t just strategy—it’s healing, relational, and transformational. I do this because I believe in the power of aligned leadership and community care.

Rooted in curiosity, relationship-building, and theory-informed practices, I meet people where they are to cultivate sustainable change. I believe in the power of narrative, emotional regulation, and community-centered leadership.
